Lakeside Grange, Surrey

Lakeside Grange is a uniquely designed composition of residential terraced properties located in an historic site, a former deer park associated with Henry VIII Palace of Oatlands, now surrounding the Grade II listed Oatlands Park Hotel. The award winning Regency style scheme designed by Le Lay Architects was developed by Barratt East Anglia and completed in 1994. The estate is now managed on behalf of the residents and Barratt by the Lakeside Grange Management Company Limited (LGMC). Since 1999, the owners have sought to maintain the special character and atmosphere of the estate for the benefit of all. Le Lay Architects were reappointed to prepare guidelines to aid those contemplating an extension or alteration to their property. The guidelines have been adopted by the residents’ management company.
