Jonathan is interested in building heritage and has many years experience as a conservation architect. He leads the practice's focus on the application of design in conservation practice.
Jonathan conducts material research into copper and has published articles in conservation journals. He lectures on conservation practice.
Jonathan is a founding director of The Foundry Gallery and is passionate about strengthening collaboration between art and architecture.
Jonathan joined the practice in 2001 and has a MSc in Conservation of the Historic Environment.
Jason Slocombe leads the practice research in health and wellbeing. He is a senior architect and passionate supporter of accessible and inclusive design. He provides specialist design services for autistic users, and promotes neuro-accessible spaces. He has recently been involved in projects involving community public engagement, health impact assessments for noise pollution, walkability audits, assessment of active physical accessibility in urban streets, and researching the impact of visual stress in office environments for neurodivergent workers.
Jason is a a founding director of The Foundry Gallery.
